A stage that receives packets from the Baraja Spectrum LIDAR and runs them through the packet parser. Also supplies basic visualizations.

  Constructor. Initializes the stage.

  Destructor, for cleanup.

• void initialize(pipeline::StageInterface & interface)
  Initializes the stage, creating the subscribers for data.
